FAQ:
"My son/daughter is already in PE class & participates in a sport. Isn't adding F.A.S.T. Academy to much?"
We understand that your son or daughter is already active. F.A.S.T. Academy isn't about conditioning but about educating & training athletes on movement principles. Emphasis is on quality of movement not on quantity.
"Are the activities safe?"
We have over 50 years combined experience in developing youth athletes. Al activites utilize safe, developmentally appropriate, progressive drills to enhance athletic ability and reduce the risk of injury in sport. All drill work is in monitored environment with low instructor-athlete ratios.
"Who should attend?"
Athletes of all skill levels in all sports who want to improve their performance will benefit from the training. Interested parents and coaches are invited to observe.
"What should I bring?"
Athletes should wear appropriate workout clothing (Shorts or sweats, T-Shirt, Tennis Shoes). Participants may also want a water bottle or sports drink.
"Can I sign up for more than one session?"
Absolutely! The more time you spend in camp, the more improvements you will see. Session II includes different curriculum for repeat attendees.
