On-Site Education Workshop - "Teaching the Whole Child"
"Teaching the Whold Child" s the newest offering of our annual workshop that provides an opportunity for all educators K-12 to enhance their classroom instruction and leadership while rejuvenating and renewing their joy for teaching! This is a Five Quarter Credit class through Eastern Washington University and is OSPI approved.
Here are just a few of the scheduled topics:
- Classroom Management
- Building Relationships
- Computer Skills to Enhance Teaching
- Strategies for ADHD Learners
- Crucial Conversations
- Study Skills
- Brain Research
Each day includes a wellness session. You can choose from walking/jogging, circuit training, reading, golf, bowling, arts & crafts, frisbee golf or design your own!
This workshop is offered at the Walla Walla Regional Airport July 19-23, 2009 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Cost for the workshop is $380.00. (Register early to receive a discount off our normal workshop price!)

- This workshop offers a different course each year. You can make it an annual event towards your enrichment/salary.
